Alas, when it gets dark

With sunshine and daylight a very nice lens - so 2 stars.
The problems start in the dark, because the lens is absolutely useless. The images resemble the view by a non-glare glasses. A few typical examples I uploaded at the customer images, a picture is worth you know, more than 1000 words.

I have (not optimized for digital!) With a tripod and light sources comparison shots with the 18-55 kit lens from Pentax and an old film lens made. The reflexes shown in the sample images have only been on the Tamron lens and are independent of focal length or aperture.

Twice I have sent the lens so at Tamron. A few quotes from the letter of reply:
"We regret to inform you that we are aware of the effect you mentioned."
"At present it is not possible to prevent this effect. We have forwarded this issue to the manufacturer TAMRON Japan and have received notice that there is no solution to this problem."
This answer, I understand that here probably exists a series fault.
