I bought this cooler because of the good reviews regarding the volume. Unfortunately, my expectations were not met.
The temperature of the processor is actually significantly lower that plays for me but not really matter.
Fan noise on the other hand, is indeed somewhat low during "cold start", but is very fast as loud as the standard on-board fan.
The installation is easy (AMD) and goes quickly.
Anyone looking for a cooler, because he wants to have more peace of mind, this fan does not need to buy. He who fights with temperature problems, operated priced well with this fan.
