SmartWatch with early problems

For three weeks I wore the Sony SmartWatch 3 and had me by now well used to them - finally broke the bracelet and so ended the more wear. I've worn a Running Watch Sigma and was therefore used to a large clock with plastic tape.
I tested the clock together with a smartphone Samsung Note 3 and various headsets. So here briefly summarized my experiences:

Compared to the competition Samsung Gear 2 or S falls SmartWatch 3 somewhat. Samsung has just, in my opinion currently in the lead. The SmartWatch 3 makes even an immature impression

+ Battery life is 1.5-2 days; usually recharge overnight, then the battery lasts through until the evening of the next day; On the positive side, charging via microUSB connector - ie charging via AC adapter or computer, laptop etc. The shop itself takes just under an hour. The Switch is to connect the USB connector - the rubber cover can be difficult to tame and disturbs tremendously.
+ GPS sensor and mini maps by Google: looking out to James Bond and requires seemingly a little development time until it works. Actually to navigation functions SmartWatch work without Smartphone, I have not been taken to. However, if one carries out the target definition of the smartphone, the SmartWatch displays a small map and displays instructions when you start navigation. Also known as Running Watch the app Runkeeper I only had success when I had the phone going alone the SmartWatch is a fix - it's all in the end much too cumbersome.
+ Connection to the smartphone via Bluetooth 4.1; the smartphone can continue to communicate with the headset via Bluetooth anyway
- Which I otherwise still missing: there is no pulse sensor, but you can buy a chest strap with Bluetooth for just 60 EUR. I know, however niocht whether there is a SmartWatch app that allows the display of the pulse without smartphone - at least that would be desirable, because then I could replace my Running Watch.

- After three weeks I noticed the SmartWatch literally from the arm. A tiny eyelet for the strap buckle (see picture) was suddenly demolished for no apparent reason. In order for a new bracelet for a hefty 25 euros would be due. (1-2 points deduction). The trouble: there are currently no bracelets to buy - anywhere, period. (Status: November 2014)
- The same holds true for the software, hardly attractive offers. The SmartWatch is simply not long enough in the market
+ More a voice control is possible, sent in the instructions to relevant applications on the smartphone. For example, can be contacts from the phonebook by "call Frank on".
