Good idea with many problems.

I had seen the keyboard for the first time the end of 2014 with a friend. The presentation and handling I liked, so I decided also to buy.
Early 2015, there were then but apparently only once a delivery bottleneck so that I have the article not ordered directly from Amazon.
Supplied the product in mid-January.
Introduction must be said that there are several versions of this Case! At least one old from the end of 2014 (which my acquaintances) and a new beginning of 2015 (I). The differences are in a slightly altered keyboard layout, a touchpad without separate keys (the keys are now in touchpad integrated and can therefore be bad without accidentally moving the mouse use) and another product specification (W10a2 instead W10a).
At the processing can not be faulted. The case is stable, the Tab is well located in the magnetic holder and magnetic closure which allows the set-up function is well thought out.
From the technical quality but the model has not convinced so far. The problems are similar to those of other users.
Also with me the problem occurred with the cursor moving by itself and the sporadic scroll documents and web pages on. It was no longer possible to turn the Tab into hibernation. It monitored constantly by itself again, developed a life of its own and emptied its battery.
An inquiry at Support Trekstor revealed that a defect vorliege and keyboard Case must be exchanged.
Said and done ... after about 1 week arrived the replacement.
The new device was no longer a life of its own and worked in normal operation satisfy.
In zusammengeklepptem Zusand but still did this problem that the Tab sporadically woke up from sleep and empty his battery. Apparently enough already an excessive external pressure as during transport in a pocket or in the closed case access occurs to provoke keystrokes or Touchpadeingaben what the Tab prompted to exit the sleep mode.
Again the Trakstor Support was troubled. This time the answer lasted a whole week. The solution was a BIOS update for the Tab. This update apparently the USB ports on the tabs are disabled in idle mode which unintentionally awaken by external devices reliably prevented. As far as the problems with the keyboard are only times solved.
Unfortunately, this update brought a new problem.
The SD card is no longer detected reliably. Depends on the Tab charge cable and switches to it now in the sleep mode and on again the SD card disappeared in the file manager. Depends not on the Tab charge cable, the problem occurs only when the device is in sleep mode longer (>> 1H). Remedy now only start from scratch or SD card off briefly and then reinsert it.
A response from Trekstor support on this issue is still pending.
Finally, it should still hold firmly that all these problems do not occur with the old model of the keyboard of my acquaintances. Here Trekstor has probably saved at the wrong end. The evaluation with the 2 stars therefore refers bears solely on the new model. The old version could get from me without limitation 5 Stars.
