I've bought the spiral cutter, as I saw delicious recipes with Zucchini and / or carrot spaghetti and they wanted to cook. This has, amazingly, work right away. Carrots and peel like a pencil sharpener in the carrot spiral cutters rotate. The knives are sharp enough to cut the ingredients without much effort. The only problems are that: 1. The "spaghetti" that you created, for the most part are extremely long, and you have this lop manually manage something. The second problem is the high degree of "waste" the remains of the ingredient after cutting. Although it is a small plate with spikes included for better turning the ingredient in Schneider, but it remains still for about 4-5cm of the ingredient. If you then try to rotate by hand partially inside (!) The tailor continued, it may unfortunately happen that you come in contact with the blades. Although these are well covered, but scratches are after all still in there. Anyway, you can reduce the amount of waste, when further processed the ingredient with a knife, hence the criticism bothers me only moderately. That what is promised by the spiral cutter is respected in any case and the price-performance ratio is therefore still very good.
