The question is why Philips with such an expensive machine saves to an article which Philips will cost no more than a few cents. But read your many critical reports on a virtually non-existent service, then you know soon: here is saved at the expense of customers. There seem to matter that the first impression after purchase flows immediately in trouble Philips. Therefore, only 1 star.
The machine itself: a great Saeco machine! It is easy to operate and makes an excellent coffee. Frothed milk (with 1.5% milk) and crema are excellent, the individual settings very well.
One can only hope that it is as our old Royal Cappuccino Saeco many years stable and error free. We do not want to have to deal with the customer service of Philips.
