Immediately after the publication of my review, I received an email from the anchor customer. Because of my problems with the films I was offered a refund of the invoice amount. Now that is exemplary customer support!
Because I want to evaluate the product in conjunction with the manufacturer, I now set the rating by a star on high 4 star.

First the positive aspects of the product:
The delivery is exemplary. Both protectors are protected on both sides by other films that are only removed when mounting. A microfibre cloth, a spatula to remove air bubbles and two strips for dust removal during film mounting are included.
The attaching the protector itself is easy to perform for untrained people. Smooth and bubble-free sets the perfectly tailored foil on the display. One more tip: Keep the film flat display while you pull the bottom protector slowly.
However, the disadvantages of this (possibly other) films on the Nexus 7 should not be overlooked:
- The film initially appears clear. But if one looks at a slight angle on the display is a kind of wave pattern is visible, which shimmers multicolored. But this aspect is rather a troublesome cosmetic problem, which does not interfere in the on state. The display itself is so crisp, even at small font.
- The sensitivity of the display is actually slightly worse. A quick prediction is therefore not recognized before, which may just be a limitation for players.
- The display feels the film significantly different. Especially the "friction" increases. However, you get used to it after a few hours. Only players who want to use a controller could interfere with the occasional snagging the thumb.
- The advertised "dirt resistance" is not really noticeable with regard to fingerprints, they accumulate as fast as before on the bare glass. However, they are conditioned by the film material more difficult to remove (ie, you have to with the microfibre cloth for a while longer brush).
To this extent, I can recommend this kind of protective film for a Nexus 7 2013 only conditionally. I have therefore removed again and will use the device now without foil. On the way protected by a transport case which should hopefully be possible.
