Actually, I wanted no seatpost. I now have a 45 kmh e-bike. The tires are driven with at least 5 bar. A rough bump with new, non-conformist, saddle - and my tailbone was broken. This seatpost is real "kick ass". You really deflects only the decisive moment - and so that you will be thrilled. Without - I can not imagine.
