Perfect service - exemplary!

The battery pack initially made a good impression and also similar to the original battery works concerning the battery power. After over a year in (very rare!) Use but the battery is only hazardous waste! The battery life decreased noticeably after half a year, but I had the battery until then just maybe 2x in use (of course always fully discharged and fully charged). Meanwhile, the battery is fully charged after about three days in without (!!!) use already emptied completely again and thus unusable!

Just one day after the above review, I got a call from the customer of the seller to sign up for the defective product to apologize and I was immediately a free replacement product available! This timely and friendly customer service exceeds my expectations, Thank you very much far !! But I like to see on the faulty battery away ...
