The announced 10 pages at a time, we have not tried a precaution, but leave it at five pages at a time. However, only twice in succession. The cutting sounding very distressed and we went back to a maximum of two pages per cutting. This then does not sound as if soon give up the ghost of the paper shredder.
After the first basket of chips was full (here the quality is actually quite useful), we geschnipselt the second half of the folder. Towards the end of the cutting sounded here as well as at the beginning, when we pushed through five pages at a time. For that the cutting was already so clogged with paper that we were busy for about 10 minutes to remove the partially solid compressed paper balls.
All in all, pretty nice device to from time to time one or the other side durchzujagen, but for larger quantities without major cleaning effort after each basket filled with chips, could not be recommended.
