For about 10 years, my workload is 50-60 hours per week. Initially, no problem but unfortunately very little time for compensation. Have less and less to be driven no more sports and spent the little time especially with the family.
It was a gradual process that has brought me almost to the burnout. Without compensation, no stress and no relaxation. Got severe problems over the years. Fell asleep getting worse, have rolled me in bed for hours and could not be switched off. Bin then often come only 3-4 hours of sleep, which has stressed my body even more. My body has changed through the stress (workload on the one hand, too little compensation, not a sport, and especially not a good night's sleep on the other side) in emergency mode.
Nourish me broadly very healthy and balanced in terms of main meals, but still had phases with extreme Heisshunger- / binge eating. Here lusted after my body fat and carbohydrate-rich foods such as burgers, pizza, sweets. Some take in such situations from extremely. I have risen in those 10 years over 20kg and was physically and mentally really at the absolute limit.
Added to this came repeatedly extreme digestive or gastrointestinal problems with stomach cramps that have brought me to the hospital even 2x. There, everything was found not thoroughly checked and organic. Even the blood values were broadly OK.
2 years ago I started on the recommendation of a friend to take globules to better fall asleep. Have tried different and with Aconitum D12 found a variety which has at least helped me fall asleep faster. But deep and restful sleep was not still exist.
I then started last year with green smoothies, detox and intestinal cleansing. Have noticed that I already do well and I was feeling a little better at a low level or better said the downward spiral was halted. Unfortunately, this was still not enough to have the energy for sports or activities. I still had to deal with only the strength and energy to my work.
Last autumn I have then taken on a friend's recommendation and tryptophan could then sleep through the first time in 15 years sleep tight. The first night 14 hours the second night 12 hours. A genuine revelation. So relaxed I have not felt for years. However, it did not work every night so. Basically, I still had a much better sleep than in recent years, but sometimes not quite as deep.
I then researched and found that the tryptophan is used in some metabolic Selver transitions and therefore not everything gets there where I want it. I then met with 5HTP, which basically is yes one of the processed forms of tryptophan, but which then only can be used by the brain for serotonin and melatonin.
I have to say: The absolute hammer! My sleep has really normalized within a few days and now for almost 4 weeks. Tryptophan has me better, deeper and longer sleep helped. But with the 5HTP I have the first time in years, right bed severity. I'm tired in the evening, I'm better in bed, asleep immediately and wake morgends really rested and relaxed on.
Also, my energy level has improved (by the healthier sleep). I no longer have to gather together my strength and energy. She's just back there as I know it from earlier times, when I had a break-even less stressful life with a lot of sports. I no longer have cravings and have now taken over the holidays as early as 4 kg without having had this specifically in mind. My body is just not in Notsparmodus. The energy flowing normally again. I have a normal satiety again and can no longer eat as much as I've done it for years. I'm just fed up again with a normal portion and have no more need for greasy, carbohydrate-rich snacks.
Bin again very much focused and concentrated at work that finally I'm slightly out of hand. Slowly I also again having to energy and real inner drive to move without force myself. I feel as good as it has been in years.
For taking itself: On the first day I took one capsule and realized within 1-2 hours as I relax inside. Had then also a little short feeling low. Have taken the following day 2 capsules. I thought that was then a bit extreme. Had hot-cold spurts, tingling on the skin and a few laughing attacks.
For a dietary supplement the effects are the same as I did not expect and who frankly also scared me a little. Did it then deducted directly again, but really enjoyed a few days of the good feeling and the energy in me. After a few days there but then subsided again and I started the next test run. Meanwhile, after 4 weeks, I have found for me that I feel best when I morgends a capsule 5HTP with a small piece of chocolate to take me and the evening capsule tryptophan take go 30-60 minutes before bedtime.
Mir gehts not as good as many years. Can therefore recommend these capsules. However, have no depression or the like. Based on my overall situation with poor sleep, little compensation, much work I had certain depressive moods, but it is not depression and mental problems. Must at all even if they avail in such cases to find or seek advice from the doctor / medical practitioner. My problems were caused in too little and especially non-restorative sleep, too much work, too little compensation. Tryptophan and 5 HTP can sleep better again I finally know what I ultimately reflects the energy that had come my lost years.
Negative I find that the capsules are colored blue. What for? In my opinion, unnecessary. Here I would like to pull off a star. But given the effect I have to give 5 stars.
