Best smartphone price / quality

It is certainly not as powerful as Iphone 4S or Galaxy S2 but still VERY fluid and allows virtually do everything: phone, messaging, email, internet, games (with buttons!), Etc.
Go find me a high-end smartphone at the same level for the same price (I bought 250-100 refunded with refund offer is currently done)!
I bought a house gum protection that removes fingerprints of back problem and ordered a protective film which should avoid fingerprints and limit the mirror effect while protecting the screen from scratches and other.

Disadvantages:
-The Emulators are, for now, not charging the pads, so that level emulation that is smaller than a PSP (emulators but the androids are still in development unlike the PSP where development must be stopped with the arrival of psvita.
-The Touch pads are average means, must surely time to adapt (I think I'm going to do with Dead Space is now free!)
-A Few minor bugs but could be corrected with the ICS update that should arrive in late April.

In short, the refund offer is there for repeat business, because once one has tasted the buttons to play, we can not board without a smartphone gaming keyboard!

Edit / Reload: I just received the email confirming my refund 100 was under way and that I would receive the amounts in the coming 7-8 weeks. :)
