My question was: compact or SLR

Since the dawn of the digital camera era I have stehts gained the latest compact camera models (various Casio Exilim). Finally, the EX-Z1000 with 10 megapixels. Yet here I was disappointed, as has been done technically up to the number of pixels as good as nothing to the previous models, especially excited me here that just over half of all images were still shaky.

The only question was: here is really worth more than half to pay more for an SLR? Since I have taken this step today, and the EOS 400D can call my own, I can say: Yes! And how!
