Since I'm a big fan of Tracy Anderson's workouts, I wanted to finally dare me to her Dance Cardio Workouts. Unfortunately, I missed getting to now the appropriate footwear to.

I bought three weeks ago a andereres pair of sports shoes from a reputable manufacturer, but not sure that the shoes particularly dampen the front foot. Why would a new pair with damping ago when forefoot.

The Bloch Boost 538 Dancesneaker are perfect for the Dance Cardio Workout Tracy Anderson, as they both the forefoot (bales)! as optimally dampen the heel.

Regarding the size: Usually, I wear size 37 EU (UK 4, Bloch / US 7), the Bloch Dance Sneaker I wear size 38 (UK 5, Bloch / US 8). I recommend 1 to 1.5 wider than usual to order.

I also tried the DS02 Capezio Dance Sneaker for Vergeich, but in this model the sole was not as long as the Bloch and therefore the damping during forefoot not ideal for me.

Conclusion: 5 stars - for me the perfect Dancesneaker for TA Dance Workouts!
