IMPORTANT:
It is for some time a new firmware (5.1.12) ready. This had to be manually loaded with me from the manufacturer's site!
I can only recommend the TSS400! A simple m3u in proper format is sufficient, for example, to look over my Rasperry PI (XBMC-> IPTV client) or on the PC using the VLC player all the channels.
Switching: XBMC running on my Synology DS213 addition a DVB-Link Server. This is an Android app available. So I can use the app from anywhere (VPN) schedule recordings or TV shows (of course depending on the Emfang ...).
Unfortunately, I have not yet managed to connect my (as a client behind the TRIAX) with the TSS400 previously operated TVHeadend server on the NAS. Since the TV headend server app, the server and GUI incl. Settings, felt 100 classes are better than the DVB-Link Server. For solutions, I would be very grateful!
The "Triax client IP 100" I can definitely not recommend .. This is very cheap, only zickt rum (system crashes and frequently loss of confi.) And in my opinion a loveless GUI. Here the Keyboad Cowboys the company TRIAX could give real more trouble!
For TSS400 connection is not much to say ... it was just a plug & play.
SUPPLEMENTARY 29/08/2014:
The TVHeadend server is running for several months now with great success on my Synology NAS with the TRIAX TSS400. So I look at the time TV:
PC: VLC player
Phone: TVHeadend App
TV: Rasperry PI Client with XBMC -> TVHeadend client
I make recordings via TVHeadend web interface or via TVHeadend APP on your phone.
The recordings makes TVHeadend and stores everything on the NAS. The recordings are of XBMC cataloged and can be seen on all clients.
Per VPN can theoretically be seen and recorded from anywhere TV.
I'm super happy with the structure and can only recommend> IP system or technology SAT.
