Surftab Wintron 10.1 with 3G and original Tastaturdock - a very good and wise purchase

After I've already changed my smartphone Android to Windows Phone 8.1 (Nokia Lumia 1320), it seemed natural to change the operating system with a tablet. The basic idea is an operating system with access to all our data, synchronization of all present in the household appliances (A PC with win10 - woman is also a Windows Phone - Sohnemann soon be a Windows Phone).
The tablet has the name "People's Tablet" truly deserves. I forgive five stars, not because it's about the best tablet on the market, but because price and performance suit. It can a Surface 2 or 3 course not hold a candle. But that can not and will not it. Let's call it simply - "Surface for the poor".
The main argument for the purchase was as follows:
Since I take pictures as a hobby with SLR (Sony Alpha 700), I need a "PC" on the go running compact and with the necessary imaging software. For these tasks, separates both Android and iOS than OS. In this Tablet Adobe Photoshop CS2 and Capture One 6.x runs without problems and at a reasonable rate - class.
And the size it fits in my camera bag next to the camera.
It runs any software that runs on a PC, WIFI printer, networking - everything works as it should and I put forward also for the smooth running of all my needs.
A full Microsoft Office365 with one-year license, which also is still valid in parallel to the PC. For this purpose a terabyte OneDrive cloud storage (who's needs).
Three months image + subscription inclusive.

The advantages of the hardware side are obvious:
fully-fledged USB 2.0 port, micro HDMI port, separate charging jack, Micro USB port, Miracast capable speakers well and more than adequate, valuable processed Tastaturdock provides good tactile feedback of the keys and touchpad.
The display is 1280x800 sufficient for this size (it is the Wintron with higher resolution).
Display is really bright and easy to read in areas with no direct sunlight.
32 GB of internal flash memory, expanded at me with a fast 64 GB memory card.
2GB of memory - I am surprised that this works so well in spite of computationally intensive image processing software.
Quad Core CPU with 1.33 GHz.
"Unfortunately," only 32-bit operating system for the Intel Atom processor - but to me it is enough thick.
The Wi-Fi worked very well with us over four floors (wooden ceilings router in the attic).
Also no problems with Bluetooth.
Occasionally I connect the Tab with the HDMI cable to my PC 27Zoll monitor with a resolution of 1900x1280px.
No problem, the device is not in the knees, the picture is very good with great Farbdarstellung- also 3D is theoretically feasible without problems.
The battery is adequately dimensioned and for "Couching" the term is enough thick.
The back is firm enough to put it to use in the hands of plastic, but could be better - 7-8 inches, I think but as more appropriate.

There are really only two points that bother me on the Tablet or has been inadequately implemented:
1) The length of the charging cable or power supply is 1.20 meters actually a joke.
My first act was the cable to renew an electrician of my confidence to a total of three meters.
Now it fits - simply sit down at the table and plugged in the power adapter.
2) There is only one level position of origami envelope - there would certainly have been more leeway. Can thus not change.
I would rather like to see as a solution like the Surface.

Advanced I have the Tablet with a 4-port USB HUB and a USB mouse (but also goes very well with the touchpad), which I do personally feel that a mouse is needed almost mandatory for office and image editing applications.
The full USB port is almost a killer argument for the tablet. Combined with WINDOWS 8.1 - unbeatable.
As a pure touch OS is still room for improvement in 8.1- Win with WIN10 (installed on my PC as a preview) but are the reviews will vanish into thin air and I hope the Windows10 also receives feed on this tab.

My conclusion: It's a really great working tool, that can vanish the borders between PC and laptop. As already mentioned above - connecting to a PC monitor - and you have a full-fledged PC in front of him who makes an expensive new purchase unnecessary.
For this purpose in conjunction with full mobility and universal Einsatzweise- what more could you want.
Who now purely a tablet to surf looking for something and want to check a few emails - is canceled might be better at Androidtablets.
I wanted this compromise is no longer - if something is supposed to work, then either correct or not. Of the other operating systems are still far away and will never be able to hold a candle to Microsoft in this regard. And Windows10 is the hammer, much is revealed before.
You want a high-quality tablet without any compromise? Then the Microsoft surface2 / 3
You just want to play? Then Android or IPad
And if you just want a good tablet with all the advantages of the Microsoft universe - then you are served here very well with the Wintron 10.1.

Update 01.03.2015. Tablet mode:
Somehow I could not quite make the Wintron befriend mainly to use with Tastaturdock. And so I sat down yesterday once more intensively with the pure touch operation apart, especially since I will just sit back times on the couch. And I must honestly say that it is a bit unusual in the beginning and you just have to look at times a YouTube video on how exactly that works with the wiping gestures. To make it short ... awesome.

Wiping from the right towards the center = settings menu
wipe = fast from the left to the center to change the open Apps
slowly wiping from left to center = open menu open apps or switch to Desktop mode.
wipe from top to bottom closes the open App.
It is definitely easy on the hand, the Touch tablet responds without delay.
It works inconclusive or worse than those of Android, but just different.
The trend but made felt more beautiful than in Android, but this is purely a personal preference.
