Good cut, faster defect!

The hedge trimmer I used only twice for a relatively short time. At the end of the second section of cover crops suddenly lacked the knife protector! After intensive search I found the protector and even the screw. Unfortunately, both could no longer mount as the threads are worn out and a hole is no longer round but oval!
The hedge trimmer Bosch AHS 550-24 ST has performed well in the test report. But the practical test at my house they did not pass!
Since the three-month return period has expired, I have now the contact with the supplier and possibly. Take with Amazon. This is annoying, takes time and I can not use my hedge trimmer.
Therefore only three stars because I'm optimistic with regard to the return and possibly. Replacing the machine!
