- The sound is great, clear and dynamic. Compared to my previous device (CIATRONIC AR736, same price range) is to me for the first time aware of the standard boxes can afford my golf as much. I have for the first time feel like a "real investment" to have in the car.
- The Bluetooth speakerphone is easy to use and call quality relatively clear. It has many options, such as echo cancellation (not tried, because me my interlocutor can understand well with the default settings). Very well resolved is the access from the car radio to the phone book of my smartphone via Bluetooth, simply browse the dial the phone book, press briefly and the connection is established.
- The keys are large and clearly structured, where you can choose (jumping between individual pieces = faster) and folder navigation via buttons when operating between knobs.
- The device can be remotely controlled via an Android app or via simple Bluetooth (if you want to just phoned). The Android app works with my phone (Motorola Defy) easily.
To make it short, an absolute recommendation, especially for the price of 100. Nevertheless, there are still some hair in the soup, but they are negligible for me. These are:
- The microphone for the hands-free system is installed in the body, but depends on an approximately 1m long cable. Here, then, additional mounting and installation are due. Sure, you can put so closer to the mouth. Since then the car radio but usually the front of the dashboard is :-)), the profit is expected to be relatively small.
- The device has a demo mode, which can be extremely confusing and annoying. For me the device while driving has always changed its settings, until I came up with the idea, it just disable.
- The two metal keys for unlocking the car radio (for any extension) are very hidden in styrofoam packaging. At first I thought the delivery would not be complete.
Update August 2013:
I'm still happy with this Audoradio. However, it makes the domed and not anti-glare display with sunshine impossible to select a phone number while driving. One no longer sees the numbers then namely. Too bad, because the operation is so simple on the device that I now directly via Bluetooth Operating the phone on the car radio and the JVC app no longer use. That does not change my positive review. But a little less piano lacquer and an anti-reflective (slightly roughened) display would not be reversed in the next update :-)
