I like tracking two different profiles on the device usability. Just put the inflatable part around the arm (the left), start, and wait it out. The pressure felt during measurement is impressive for such a small device. What about battery life? Once the inflation-deflation cycle, the measurement is displayed with the heart rate. Compared with a heart rate monitor, this device does not deliver the beating of your heart rate instantaneous, but only one made with tension. This gives a "photo" of your state when taking the voltage.
No tracking chart, but it comes at the bottom of the cardboard box a fold where you can see above measure (daily, weekly ..) do, and have a visual tracking. At least the rest followed in case of battery change.
The unit comes with a pouch that can store everything loosely. The invoice of the pouch is not luxurious and has the merit to exist, welcome the effort.
For traveling, I find it heavy. Wishing not to be forced to take it everywhere with you. It is in perfect contrast for home use.
