Book of good quality. The explanations are clear with little tips and more for each recipe. The book begins with an explanation of how to break eggs or make a chantilly. The "Appetizers and inputs" consists of simple recipes for children and attractive. The "Food and trim" is for its (sometimes) more complex for them, I am a little confused on recipes such as roast chicken, filet mignon or marinated duck ... The "Dessert" is classic: yogurt cake, pancakes, donuts, chocolate cake ... no cup cakes, muffins, cake pops bakery brief fashion! A mixture of the two would have been nice.
In summary: good recipes to make, clear explanations. The -: I would have liked more sweet recipes, as well as visually more recipes like funny love children.
