Is there an end of charging time?

Can only agree with some recessions.
So far no problem with heat generation, etc. However, there is no indication when a battery should be fully charged.
According to the manual my 2850mAh AA batteries have an eternity to load until they are full. Even if these allegedly necessary charging time is exceeded by several hours but there is no indication that the batteries are full.

I have another charger (unfortunately only for 2 AA batteries, which is why I needed another), here the charging time for the batteries is equal approximately 60% shorter, and a display when they are full, there are. Sure, a slightly higher price, but I did not expect from Ansmann.

Since I already think about it after 2 months I can replace Ansmann charger again unfortunately only awarded 2 stars.
