This knife is a hammer!
It is so sharp and so indestructible as it is reasonably priced.
Actually, I would have not needed because its predecessor, for 7 years every day with all my meals in use, as sharp as on the first day. Only the "Victorinox" logo on the blade is a little faded ... ;-)
A "tomato knife" ?? Since horse laugh!
For me, it is an excellent multi-purpose knife, I know nothing better for:
Cut bread and rolls -
Cut fruits and vegetables of all kinds -
- Lubricate butter on bread
Cut cooked and the fried of all kinds -
Not so good, it is in my opinion only for:
- The peeling of potatoes, asparagus, apples
- The processing of raw meat
- The shave off thin slices of salami / ham slices.
