The coffee looks good and I thought at WMF can not go wrong. That one then gets a device, where the water comes in all sorts of places, just not properly running through the coffee pod, I indeed could not have guessed. The customer service I have contacted twice! Once I got a replacement part sent, another time I had to send in the machine. Both completely free! The same machine was just broken back. For me, the device is useless and I've neatly paid money! So: Clear Non-Buy recommendation!
