My Galaxy Note 4 invites loud lettering but with 4.4V at 3220 mAh, so has a capacity of 12.4 Wh, the charger only 7.4 Wh! So even at maximum power of the smartphone battery is only about

61% charged!

Owners of modern smartphones should note that.
