What has been done:
The new L3 has donated a faster processor. This manifests itself in interaction with the Android version 4.1.2 aka "Jelly Bean" very positive impact. Compared to L3 E400 with Android 2.3 the phone much more nimble acts - there are some nice transitions built - in total the surface makes a thoughtful and streamlined look and combines all the improvements of the newer Android version.
Even my bemängelter point of few memory has been solved - now (this limit was the old L3 here already at about 15 apps achieved) can be significantly more apps to install, without complaining about the system that the memory is almost full.
The battery life is still good - that may be related to that compared to more powerful devices not particularly need the individual components a lot of electricity.
Sorry remained in comparison with the old L3 of the same: the display has the same low resolution as before, can be displayed only very rudimentary, with the result that a lot of content, whether it be websites or even pictures. Other units of the entry-level offer as much more - so the user experience is due to the small solutions still very clouded.
What remains: in many parts of the district court is a good, if not even a very good entry-level device. The mobile phone is quick, the newer Android version makes a lot of fun. But: the display is one of the core components in a very sub-par level and restricts use as a smartphone considerably. Since the very good times can not help over it - also I leave the argument that one can indeed write the mobile phone for text messages and use the phone, do not apply - for that you need then buy not a smartphone, even if only an entry-level device.
After weighing up the pros and cons I forgive scarce 3/5 - particularly because it has been done in some components compared to the previous meaningful.
