I have an athletic winter jacket sought which should be priced in the double digits. Since I bought a soft shell jacket from Cox Swain me three years ago (with whom I'm still totally happy), I've been buying risky. I am with 1.80m relatively tall and slim, but had broader shoulders and long arms. "Normal" Jackets never fit me most, the sleeves are always too short. This jacket (I took size XL) are the sleeves prima; for others they may be too long, not with me :) The length of the jacket is optimal; not too short, but not too long. For use on really cold days I have a fleece jacket (size L ranged from absolute) bought separately, which can be zipped into the ski jacket. I have in the ski jacket despite eingezippter fleece jacket still room to move. Pungent chemical smell I did not notice (even if the fleece is not). Over the life of the zips, etc. I can not say much because I have acquired the jacket only Nocht. But the overall build looks pretty solid. Severe faults I could not discover. A first acid test this jacket is subjected to during the winter holidays. All in all, I find the price-performance ratio was absolutely in order.
