The external appearance is quite noble, the low price does not see it anyway at the notebook.
The case is very slim and looks and is very nice and light. The outside surfaces and the inside are counter-trends no fingerprint collecting Klavierlacksurrugate.
The technical data can each be taken from the product description indeed.
For me, more interesting is the performance of the device compared to roughly the same expensive and similarly equipped netbooks.
So I run some benchmarks.
The single-core processor is roughly twice as fast as the usual 1.6GHz Atom.
This is also only about half as fast as a Core 2 Duo the available already for 350 15 "entry-level devices.
So what is this device good?
It is a Surfgferät for home. In this application, it can score with its larger display and higher processing power compared to a netbook.
What may not be so good?
The term is rather weak (3h in my Internet Policy). So it is not a typical student notebook for the whole day of lectures.
The display is mirrored (but nice and bright backlit) and thus useless for outdoors.
This "feature" it unfortunately shares with many other current devices.
The usual Vista Home Basic limitations of the included operating system.
It is functional. I have not used it.
I have a point in the rating withdrawn for the mirror display.
