The rain cover is practical and adapts well to cozy. Nevertheless, the strong smell of PVC does not reassure me. It already gives me half nauseous when I breathe almost any breaths, so shut the baby in it for tens of minutes ... No thank you, I would not use it. Bébé Confort could be based on competition and use PEVA plastic (PVC and phthalates).
