Plastic smell did not go away - Exchanges difficult without English

The milk smelled and tasted even after countless attempts yet by plastic.
On October 11, I got the device - now is the 29.11 .... and it smelled (or smelled) until today.
So I wanted to send it back.

Well, I wrote to the company. The well is located in Italy.
And back came a crazy long mail in English. So I have my school knowledge rausgekramt and tried as much as possible to understand ... Well .. kinda want that I again just follow the instructions, make photos of the broken part, a adduces where and when I bought it have.
