Regarding cutting tools, I see the chopper, like rasps, desperately short of sharpness. The chopping knife is just a piece of stamped sheet metal, not sharpened. I guess it's supposed to sharpen itself against the gates, but I have my doubts ... Anyway, long fiber meats (eg bacon) are transformed into mush at the exit, the fibers remaining wound around the screw. Livers by cons, pass alone. Fortunately! The graters cylinder trencher suffer the same disease. From beautiful appearance, cobs have simply vacuum holes, the edges are too thick to effectively cut the vegetables a little "resistance" (red cabbage for example, impossible to grate fine, hard to large grate). Damage to these fine tools, robust design, which come a little tarnish the good impression given by the trouble / drummer game.
