A lot of technology - little use!

I own the Oral-B Triumph now for over a year and think me to be able now permit an informed judgment. Before I bought this electric toothbrush, I was already owner of a Philips' Sonicare "with which I due to the cumbersome cleaning but was dissatisfied.
Now to Triumph: Basically, the technique that provides the toothbrush, very progressive. 3D cleaning technology, timer, display, 4 cleaning etc. At first I found it all very great, but now after a long use, you realize that many of the features are completely useless and bauble.
The display, for example, has no function that it would have otherwise be able to implement. The battery indicator on the display can be represented with "lights", which also would have the advantage that you can see it in the dark. The cleaning time good is anything anyway, because you can not see the display brushing during the teeth. The display that you have to change the brush can not be used, because they always appear clearly too early for me.
The different brushing modes are absolute nonsense for me. The massage function I have not used, just as the sensitive function or polishing function.

Another strong Krtikpunkt is for me totally miserable - otherwise you can not express it - battery power! I have experienced so far in any other technical device to a poor performance. Although I always fully recharge the battery and then discharge again reaches a fully charged battery for a whole week (advertised with 2 weeks!). , The worst, however, is that the cleaning power once the battery is slightly less, greatly diminishes. Other devices maintain at least a constant power, before they fail completely. That would be as if the engine performance of a car decreases more and more, is the less fuel in the tank! That's no longer up to date and a reason for me never to buy a product from Oral-B.

Of course, there are also positive features of the toothbrush, which I do not want to neglect. The cleaning power is with fully charged battery very good and much better than other toothbrushes. The Micro-Pulse brushes are very good and often spare a floss (should refrain entirely one yet to floss not!).

All in all, for me there is clearly more disadvantages than advantages. Although the cleaning performance is good in principle, it is useless to me if, after brushing once the power decreases rapidly! Also, most programs do not have a great benefit in everyday life for me. Philips with more useful with your Sonicare brush functions.
As mentioned above, I was already Sonicare users and in direct comparison I would, despite some weaknesses of Sonicare rather switch back to this, because this gives me a better and more consistent cleaning performance especially.
