have unpacked 2 of the three ordered cartridges and tried in the printer Canon MX870. None of the cartridges prints. Cartridge from another provider used (no original). This cartridge worked right away. Had the same problem with this black cartridge suppliers. Cyan Cartridge I have ordered but not yet tried.
Send now all three back (I'm assuming that the third does not work). I hope that the refund will be made as easily as with the black cartridge.
