Technical quality but honing sticks

I just use them for the first time (quick delivery, flawless) and after about fifteen minutes of adaptation, I understood the system of Nordic walking. And after 1:15 walk, I feel the difference with the classic walking I practice regularly, all my muscles were moving and I really transpired. We feel propulsion induced sticks.

Side sticks, easy height adjustment (one pulling adjusts and is screwed to hold) and stable, nothing has changed during the session. Small shocks are good and accompany the movement (provided you put them in the right direction from :-).
Other tips used in field mou.Les cork handles absorb sweat and straps do not interfere. Level weight is light, nothing to say. So to recommend. And for the price, it's even better because I had seen in stores in 50/60.
To see in time, but for beginners, it's perfect.
