Today I want you / my experience with the deleyCON HQ Toslink cable portray you here.
This I took in the two-meter-long version for a digital connection my deleyCON Bluetooth receiver MK384 with an Onkyo TX-NR509 AV Receiver.
The optical digital cable acts directly very high. The cable is a whopping 5mm thick but very flexible.
The connector housings are made of brown painted metal (aluminum, I think), the gold plated pins.
The cords are unusually stable in the optical inputs / outputs of the Onkyo and the BT receiver.
When Bluetooth receivers I even had a little trouble the cable to detach them again.
The transitions from the cable to the connector are very good strain relief. I could not detect any game.
At both ends plug removable rubber caps are attached, with which you can protect the cable during transport or during storage against dust and moisture.
For sound, I really need to say anything, because this is indeed transmitted digitally and so no distinction should be detectable.
By APTX function of the Bluetooth receiver took what is technically possible from my Grade 3 and the music played sounded crystal clear from my Heco Mythos 500 boxes.
So I am very happy with the result.
The cable is of high quality and also more favorable.
The value for money in my opinion is excellent, especially if you needed lengths as 5, 7.5 or 10 meters.
Even if you're looking through a magnifying glass, you should at this cable not find anything for niggling.
For me, a strong buy recommendation!
