I was expecting just another rather dry book on management and team building skills. What a nice surprise! The major part of the book is "a fable", the story of a company's leadership team facing major problems and How They struggle through building a working team. It was fascinating reading and I could not stop, wanting to know if my take of the people and what I felt I would do in the CEO's shoes really would work. The "model" at the end of the book summarizes the rules of the game nicely for Further Reference.
