Very nice figurine, realistic and beautifully performed. I buy a whole collection of these animals for my blind companion who can thus approach them physically. Touch overcomes the view :) Whole collection - identical in Schleich - offers very faithful replica. I love too! All are beautiful, solid - plastic well made - that can leave them fall without fear of breakage. A Platypus does not meet every day by going out to buy bread and the opportunity to approach a safe and photographs other than pleasure. We often come away these little treasures and admire each within our means. One caveat: the scales are not respected. Failing thrush, eating platypus (figuratively of course) I recommend warmly!
