In many reviews we read that the brush head mechanically decoupled from the motor. Exactly this problem has now overtaken me after about 3 years of intensive use. Since the warranty is already expired, I decided to open the device. Simply pressing the inner workings out of the handpiece by pressing her head bravely against a hard object (table, wall ...). Now it can be seen that the motor is connected via a coupling me the brush head. This connection is maintained by a small screw which has just relaxed in my case. I have the screw with something Locktite easily tightened again. The toothbrush works by this small intervention properly again.
