I have this LED lamp used in the kitchen as a replacement for a 50W halogen bulb. It is a little darker, estimated as a 40W halogen, but OK. The color temperature is OK, but lately I spend the night with LEDs on a color temperature of 2700K (warm tone like bulbs). But there are several things to consider: The luminous means is substantially larger than a halogen bulb (diameter and length). For me it looks now below the lamp out slightly, and you can see possibly directly into the bright LEDs. The two pins (with which it is pressed into the socket) were with me through the construction of the lamp due to short -> long pins soldered. In the halogen transformer must also be careful. In my statement had a 20W-50W, therefore he was challenged with the 6W LED and switched after about 20 seconds from always. Solution: Kleiner's power supply installed above other lamps connect it to the transformer. After I had removed all these difficulties, the lamp lights up three months previously without complaint and saves a lot of electricity.
