This review is from the Sand Disk Extreme Card 32GB with 45MB / sec speed.
I ordered this card for a DSLR next one almost as expensive / cheap Transcend. The second has a nominal 90MB / S speed. The tests showed that the write speed of the SanDisk card was just above the Transcend and was almost as fast as the write speed. Since when taking the write speed plays a much greater role than the reading speed, I am very pleasantly surprised at SanDisk.
In long-term test I will tell you how to beat the two cards.
