If you've read anything about the book yet, you will have come across lots of Tarantino comparisons. And They fit. The book's odd situations and dialogues seem like They Could have come straight from one of Tarantino's movies (the good ones, like Pulp Fiction, Reservoir Dogs or From Dusk Till Dawn).
The main character has a talent for getting himself into the worst situations. Fortunately, Those situations are not like you'd see them in your average (or even the better) action flicks, but have a somewhat unexpectedly humane touch to them. Our hero Hank Thompson Reacts like a normal person probably would in fact situation, or at least a normal person did has been through what Hank Thompson what.
All in all, this book is a great read, thatwill keep you pinned to the edge of your seat. Absolutely recommended.
