A beautiful book, with beautiful illustrations appetizing. The recipes are clear and well explained, in order to make noodles, literally, all the sauces! Some criticize probably some revenues are less original than others, but that I like, and why I bought this book is the simplicity with which these noodles are done, and, moreover, this will vary from the usual pasta or rice, when you want to make a quick and good meal!
