This weekend, I realized pepper sauce in this book, after several failed elsewhere (other income, other references) and for the first, I was very satisfied with the result. My expert-es-pepper sauce at home was delighted with this ultimate version. For this Christmas, I missed my morel sauce: There are one in the book and can not wait to try it, following the success of my first try with this book. In short, I am not able to recommend this book impartially on the basis of a single recipe tested and approved. However, take my positive testimony for what it is worth. I am back in this booklet.
