These headphones are brilliant! After an initial charge via the USB / mini-USB cable for four hours or more, they matched with my Galaxy Chinese clone at the first attempt. They are incredibly comfortable and light, but above all, sound quality is absolutely amazing; basic load and the rich colors and bright, fantastic treble stereo separation.
I find the controls mounted on the underside of each listener a little tedious; they are quite small and close together. Despite bumps (outside the power and pause buttons) I find a little hard to find but I have enough hard hands. With a little more familiarity, however, I am sure that very minor criticism disappears and I will be able to skip tracks, pause, answer calls, etc. without removing them from looking at the keys. The microphone on the front of the left ear is very sensitive and takes a lot of noise, but its location is convenient and allows for clean lines.
Despite their light weight, they feel solid and well made with no sharp edges or corners. Although I will use them mainly for listening to music, they would be perfect for watching movies or listening to audio books on a shelf. I expect they would be too bright for games; it is many years since I played computer games (I loved Descent, Zork and Myst) and the sound has always been an essential part of the experience. The phones are so comfortable that you can easily play silly games for hours without disturbing anyone. Battery life is also excellent; I let them play for ten hours or more and are still going strong. Remember, the Li-ion batteries will be so it is not good to run flat anyway.
Given the quality of sound and build quality, I would not be at all surprised if these headphones easily surpass the more expensive units. They will receive a lot of use, mostly while I'm sitting at my desk doing anything I'm doing here.
