I have not had good experiences with CD labels in the long term. Although I always seeing to it that I center the things properly and just from normal white paper not too much printed Prepare long term serious problems, because they create the CD / DVD drive imbalance, which in my experience at the high read speeds, with where a CD / DVD is being played today leads to reading errors and make a CD more quickly unusable. Therefore, I would (if at all) only use such labels for CDs that I play with the CD player, for data CDs / DVDs in any case!
