A shameful packaging

Product protection in too much cardboard was not really at the rendezvous.
But the worst is the condition in which I found the box containing the fragrance.
Éclat d'Arpège is packaged in a beautiful box of Plexiglas, it is a shame to receive this product with a completely striped box (it looks like it has been rubbed with sandpaper) and besides being disgusting!
This testifies to the conditions under which this luxury product is stored. It is shameful on the part of a seller to sell a product in such a sorry state.
Great! On top of that, it was a gift. We will return to the effect of "NEW" product.

It was my first purchase on Amazon.com, after this disappointment I doubt that I pass command here one day!
