The famous Harry Potter fame has recently had not left me indifferent. My theater teacher in particular had spoken to me; his 34 years sounded good did not prevent him from becoming a fan. In short, I was interested in this book more by curiosity than genuine interest. First a word about the story, to get you in the mood. Harry Potter, despite the strange events that sometimes occur in the environment, seems to be a little boy of 11 years all that was more normal. He lives with his uncle and aunt who raised from an early age under mysterious circumstances. One day, his true identity is finally revealed: he is the son of wizards. The novel tells his first year at the Sorcerer's Stone. Why so much interest? First, the story is told with great skill and accuracy: there is a real plot, conducted as a police investigation with a lot of twists and turns, reversals of situations and suspense. The story is not nearly as simple as it sounds. Moreover, JK Rowling has a style full of humor and quite sought after, but it still remains very accessible for young readers. Everything is so well written and imagined you could almost believe all these sorcerers stuff: it's almost "realistic"! Finally, Harry Potter is not a hero endowed with super powers (Fulguro fists, retro-lasers and other gadgets in the same genre), far from it; one might even call it "anti-hero". Physically, it is already not very favored by nature. But above all, there is a boy of 11 who has a lot to learn from life, witch or not. The novel is also a pretext to convey the way some interesting values, but rather that cater to young people in how they are addressed (although it is sometimes useful to recall also to the 'big' ...) including the value of friendship, the danger of prejudice, ... And, never make moral; JK Rowling does not claim to give lessons, it shows. I recommend to all this nice and friendly little romance; let your prejudice in your pocket and you could buy it! I saw just yesterday, a lady of a very honorable age (euphemism, when you hold us ...) who read almost greedily! For my part, I will hasten to immerse myself in the second volume ...
