Although the utmost respect for the author, this book reveals some clear positioning. After a clear introduction, moving and some interesting pages, the author mostly extols the benefits of mindfulness and meditation by repeating many times that he had A HAPPY CHILDHOOD (!!!!). Conclusion: it is not enough to talk about the inner child to embody this approach ... Obviously Thich Nhat Hanh misses and leaves a dubious impression of lack of awareness for anyone who knows the concept of inner child. Drab.
