The book is rather well done and with nice recipes ... For cons, I received a sad state !!! This is not worthy of Amazon! I had at that time a large order of several books (which were all to offer!) And all the books were left loose in a big cardboard !!! This one was the most damaged, but they all were a little .... BIG DISAPPOINTMENT! Moral: avoid large orders as deplorable packaging!
