Actually, a great game

I bought this game and loved it from the beginning. I've played it intense and very long. It was so good that I bought extensions. But that was probably the biggest mistake I could make. The game has problems after downloading the card to unlock the account. I do not even I had a private account did. After an update was that I was looking forward, I've noticed that suddenly the whole score was lost. How do I get access to this and again I do not know. As well as if I've never used a password or something else of this kind in the game. But now comes the climax! I would like the cards that I have bought have now again, then I will pay the same amount again. Thus, this really so beautiful game has done for me. I still hope for the day when the score is here again.
