I bought this book pure chance and I must say I was not disappointed that we learn a lot and can find the essence of life: enjoy this day and all the little joys that we give life !!!! Fine words are said in this book that I read from time to time as very useful if you want to try to be calm. This book gives the relevant advice and I just find, admittedly not always easy to apply but does not acquire the serenity overnight !!!
